No cookies, no analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of your visit, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Requesting a font file means your browser contacts Google's servers, which will see your IP address and user-agent as part of that request. We receive no data from it.

The enquiry form

The form on our contact page does not send anything to us. When you submit it, your browser opens a draft in your own email application with the details you typed. Nothing leaves your device until you press send there — and if you close the draft, we never receive it.

If you email or call us

When you contact us we process the details you provide — typically your name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your message — for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where relevant, entering into a business relationship. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where a contract is under discussion, steps taken before entering into that contract.

We keep business correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete it.

Hosting and server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs — IP address, request time, requested page, response status and user-agent — which exist to keep the service secure and available. These are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to service providers acting on our instructions (for example our email and hosting providers), or where we are legally required to.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or erase it, restrict or object to our processing, or provide it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@axfintech.io. You may also complain to your national data protection authority; in Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Changes

If we add forms, analytics or other processing to this site, we will update this notice before those changes go live.
